Wait time way too long. Always busy with commercial accounts. I’ve waited so long in line I finally leave.
For TD Bank to say they’re the most convenient Bank in America is completely wrong. This bank has inconvenience me more than five times this year. I have a business account with them and only one of their employees seems to know how to handle my account. It takes me over 15 minutes to cash a check. This morning, I went to TD in Atco New Jersey to deposit my money, three employees were standing behind the counter, one was serving the customer, two other standing behind her facing the wall , none of them acknowledged me, no “hi” no “give us a second”. The one who was serving, the customer was so excited to tell Him story of her life, story about two dogs. I waited for five minutes still not being acknowledged and left. Tyler was very helpful in solving my banking issues. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful.
The Employees are super nice but they should have more Employees on, when you are Handicap like myself and you can't stand long it's a problem...
