I had a very disappointing experience at TD Bank. The customer service was extremely unprofessional, especially from the manager, Erick. Instead of helping resolve my issue, he was dismissive, rude, and made the entire situation unnecessarily frustrating.I went there expecting basic respect and assistance, but the way I was treated made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
