Nobody ever answers the phone!!! I have several accounts there at the Speedwell Ave branch. I have a balance issue … and need to speak to someone!!!!!!
Friendly staff, no wait at all.
Everyone in that place are helpfull and kind.
Staff is nice enough but they are the slowest people on the planet. I'll wait 30 minutes in line because the teller is stuck on a single person for 20 minutes. The Morris Plains location is woefully understaffed for the amount of customers it sees daily, and those who are on staff are not the best at their job. Like I said, they're kind people 90% of the time, but they either need to be trained better or the branch needs to hire 3x the staff to mitigate the slow customer service issue.
Poor customer service. Still waiting for call back from manager since 2 days.
