Ineffective, incompetent, indifferent staff. Seeking assistance with medallion stamping, was told someone was trained and present, but "did not feel comfortable" doing it, so we can't (i.e. won't) help you. Huh ???? Account holder for 25 years, but not anymore....
After banking here for many years, I have had mostly positive experiences. One negative experience was trying to break a $100 bill after I had closed an account here. The teller asked for my ID and after 5 min told me he “doesn’t serve non-TD clients”.
Amazingly helpful. Stayed after hours 40 mins to help. Kind, compassionate, and extremely friendly. They all deserve raises for their service. I will remain a td bank loyal customer due to the awesome service provided, above and beyond.

If you want the slowest service imaginable, with only one bank teller working at all times of the day despite multiple employees being present, then this is your dream bank. You'll love how the employees lock the doors a few minutes early so they have to do even less work, and don't worry, they won't help you at the ATM if a problem arises.
