Terrible service i do NOT recommend this bank they have a ridiculous amount of fees and charges that they get you with that they don’t tell you about when you’re opening an account with them and if you go to deposit a check with them in person they put them on a 6 day hold i’ve had problems with them since i opened my account with them DO NOT RECOMMEND
They never pick up the phone. I tried multiple times just to schedule a loan appointment—nothing. CHASE answered immediately and earned my business. I’m not being biased; I actually have an account with TD Bank. It could’ve turned into a much bigger relationship, but the lack of response is honestly ridiculous.
