I went to this branch on a Sunday. I stated the problem I had been facing with TD for the last 3 years. Their front desk person immediately called in the branch manager Archana who was super helpful. She escalated the matter and helped resolve it. A week later and my problem is resolved. Not only did she help me with resolution of my problem, but was super nice to me and my brother and mother who were accompanying me that day. I am very thankful to Archana for having solved my long-standing problem with TD.
Line out the door. They need more staff. Definitely not americas most convenient bank. More like the slowest
I have been a customer for the better part of 2 years or so now and I can say that this branch and the one on Finderene Ave and I have not been happy with the service I have received lately.
Every time I go to this branch there is always a problem and then go to Whitehouse where the service is 5 star
