I work for the MTA and every few we get a couple hours to kill and stopped here to update some information needed. Well, and I don’t know if it’s because I look much younger than I am— but I noticed just an overall unpleasant and rushed attitude with everyone except for the Asian woman. The customer service is terrible. They make you wait at the drive-through for like almost 20 minutes before somebody comes to the window and says that they’re busy meanwhile there are people walking back-and-forth and There is one customer at the counter they may be short of staff, but not my problem. It’s a Friday 2 o’clock no excuse.
This is one of my favorite Td branches ever, and I have been to almost all of them in Brooklyn, but they always stand out. I always had an excellent experience with both the tellers and the banker.
