Highly recommend this branch! I needed to open a specific landlord and tenant escrow account and Halle made the process seamless. She was professional and explained the W-9 requirements very clearly. After struggling at other locations, I’m grateful for the efficient service I received here.
Just wanted to give a shout‑out to Anthony Jimenez, the manager at the Hudson, NH TD Bank. He was extremely helpful and clearly knows his stuff. If you’re considering TD Bank, stop in and see the team there. You’ll be in good hands.
I cannot believe how unprofessional TD Bank and their employees are. If you have your money in TD bank I would switch it immediately as this bank will cause nothing but problems in the future. With the endless fees when moving money, constant nagging when moving money and the ATM's are commonly down. The employees can't answer common banking questions when working at a bank. Hopefully TD will no longer exist in the future. Cheers!
Basically...YOU'RE FIRED!!! Taking the monthly fee out WHEN I have money IN the account is fine. But when I didn't deposit for months at a time, you took the 25 bucks I had in there and paid your fee. After TD spent the remaining money I had, they continued to take their fee putting me in the negative for several months until they closed the account.
