I cannot believe how unprofessional TD Bank and their employees are. If you have your money in TD bank I would switch it immediately as this bank will cause nothing but problems in the future. With the endless fees when moving money, constant nagging when moving money and the ATM's are commonly down. The employees can't answer common banking questions when working at a bank. Hopefully TD will no longer exist in the future. Cheers!

Basically...YOU'RE FIRED!!! Taking the monthly fee out WHEN I have money IN the account is fine. But when I didn't deposit for months at a time, you took the 25 bucks I had in there and paid your fee. After TD spent the remaining money I had, they continued to take their fee putting me in the negative for several months until they closed the account. Worst bank I've ever been to. The woman at the window was very friendly as you all put it in the comments. Then when they ask if your a member and say no, that friendly caring attitude goes right away. So, I went there to cash a simple certified business check, a certified TD bank business check. She said I need two forms of i.d.?? Check wasn't even over $1k. Handed over my id plus check, then she asks if I have an account, I say no.
