Condescending, rude and not even aware of the basics of opening a checking account. Went in to open an Estate Account (which Brandi assured us she has done 100s of!), and were told we had to have an EIN# assigned by the State of NH. NH doesn't issue EIN#s, only the IRS does. We disagreed and suggested she may be mistaking the Certificate of Appointment case # from the NH probate court and our IRS/Federal Govt EIN #. I was gonna transfer all my accounts From my current bank to the TD Bank in EPSOM, New Hampshire, however after going inside and asking them to change a $20 bill for me they refused, they claim they couldn’t do it because I didn’t have an account which is pretty stupid considering I was going to open three accounts right after that for a substantial amount of money. Your loss td bank get your act together.
I’ve been going to this atm almost every week for the last couple of months and it is always broken. I’ve come here for many years and ever since they got a new atm is been down more then it’s up. Honestly I’m not sure why they even have it. They should get rid of it because it’ll be more more useful not having it then showing up thinking it’s gonna work everytime.
