The lady who helped me was kind and patient. Td bank sucks. They contradict themselves. One branch manager said “we are in this to make money” They got voice recognition for my convenience, which failed and locked my account. so I had to go Into a branch before they would answer any questions about my accounts or credit card. They are deceptive. You never get the same answer twice.
