Recently switched all my banking to TD Bank. They are great, easy to work with, and very kind. I highly recommend TD Bank.
Terrible experience trying to open a business account. I have opened 20 business accounts in my life and all you need to provide is a certificate from your local town of your business. They wanted 4 things proving my address which I had. They nit picked every document to make and excuse not to open it then blocked my personal account for fraud. Worst banking experience of my life avoid these people at this branch and this bank in general at all costs!
For a bank that’s slogan is all about convenience, the service and especially the attitude of the teller, Gina, we dealt with was terrible. Unfriendly, unhelpful and downright rude. Not an ounce of empathy. I was with my elderly mother who was trying to address an issue caused by my father being in the hospital and the woman who “took care of us” couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried.
