Check cashing fee when the check is drawn through that bank. Does that person have to pay $10 every time they take out money at an atm.No, they don't, but in order to give someone a chat.That person has to pay to get the money owed.That's owed to them by the person that goes to that bank... if I could give him a negative review it would.be -100000000
