no one answers the phone!
They are fine people, it just seems to take forever to do anything. There is always a line of customers and only 1 teller helping customers.
I called the bank and it took a very long time for anyone to answer the phone. I was looking to rent a safe deposit box, I was told I could make an appointment. I would happily have made an appointment if the individual who answered the phone could have answered if there were any safe deposit boxes available for rent. I was told the bank could not tell me if they had a box for rent without an appointment, when I pressed for pricing I got a sigh and a vague response about a yearly rate, still unclear if they had a box for ren... read more
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. They forget that we are trying to access our own money. It's MUCH easier to drive that extra 4 mins down the road to the location in Norwalk. The staff is alot more helpful.
I don’t know why I come back here. They closed the branch I use in Fairfield which is horribly inconvenient and will cost them a lot of customers. I came to this dump only to be disappointed yet again. I’ve never accomplished anything at this branch. An appointment to have something notarized? Switching banks. Don’t waste your time.
