Amazing service and a lot of people working at the teller and even the manager is even working with her staff, great customer service. Dominica and Roaa are kill it! They need a promotion!
What a ridiculous idea to turn off ATM when the bank is closed! Even the drive through!!
Today I go in to get a new bank card because it stopped working, it wouldn't two half the time. So I go in on my lunch break and the teller asked me for my phone number and asked for id then sends me a text for authentication which I gave her the number and she said hold on I have to get the branch manager...I said ok I'm on the phone with my husband and the manager comes up says get off your phone I'm going to ask you questions you can't be on your phone because you can be asking them for information I legit just showed I'd... read more
