This is the worst TD branch I have ever seen. The female half hair cut brunette manager was not sure what and how ,and when I ask her to deposits my certified check to deposit without hold she simply refused and started to telling me things that’s we don’t do … I told her I need the founds to pay some things she rudely told me there is still found on the account wich is not her business at all I told her I deposited this way before even more … …. I wanted to take a moment to commend Mohammad Najafian, a teller at the Oak Ridges TD Bank, for his exceptional service. Mohammad went above and beyond his role to assist me, demonstrating remarkable patience and dedication. He took the time to help me understand various aspects and even sought answers from other staff members when needed. I had a very unpleasant experience with this branch of the bank and impolite staff. Today, I had an appointment at 10 am to add a credit line with the bank. One or two of the employees asked us who we had an appointment with and informed him. After ten minutes, he came, and without even saying hello or introducing himself, he just said he was setting up and would call us shortly. After another five minutes, he called us in.
