Staff is extremely rude. Customer service training is needed at this location. You can tell they’re uncomfortable interacting with people with more money than they’re probably making at their age.

Guys im a level 7 google reviewer i take this seriously so this review CAN NOT BE FAKE! 4/25 needed a new card, went into branch and the customer service person was asleep at the desk. After awaking, she was unable to help due to her computer system not being compatible with the computers on the phone who knew? Soooo i sat at her desk and had customer service on the phone help me. WHY DO THESE BRANCHES EXIST. 25 years with Td and im done im closing all 9 accounts.
This TD Bank branch is not good doing business. They closed my Account. I don’t care about that because they’re are many other banks but they refuse to mail my check to my current address or let someone else pickup my check for me. Management should check them out. Bad business !!!
Made me wait over an hour and still waiting.. they don't know their priorities. Have been sitting for customer service and they're looking here and there.
