Mean staff, passive aggressive to be exact
Fast and clean. Went on a Thursday around 4PM to grab a card. Showed supporting documents and was out within 5 minutes.

What a joke. They have a new slogan "More Human" but the bank machines are only open during business hours. That's right they lock the doors after 5pm and on weekends because they dont want any homeless people inside. I guess homeless people arent human and best of all their e-transfer theough the banking app is frequently down ive been trying to send $250 by interac all weekend and the sane thing happened a few weeks ago for $80. THIS IS A REALLY, REALLY CRAPPY BANK THEIR SLOGAN SHOULD BE "MORE INHUMANE"
Incompetent unprofessional arrogant pompous and a bunch of other words I won't bother to write here.I have closed my account after they carelessly squandered my trust .
