Incompetent unprofessional arrogant pompous and a bunch of other words I won't bother to write here.I have closed my account after they carelessly squandered my trust .
Worst TD branch in Montreal. Very bad customer service. There is a lady that seems to be the manger that behaves so bad and unrespectfully. There is always a long line there as it seems they don't even carem It's the closest branch to my work and honestly I can't remember even one single good experience here. Will make sure to walk farther but not come back here, or maybe move to CIBC!
Very poor knowledge about their own services. Twice I have had to go to another branch to get the same product. I'm never going back there.
Just wanted to give a shout out to this location, particularly to Michael, for the friendly efficient help in replacing my lost debit card. The process was straightforward and quickly handled, and Michael was very helpful and made an effort to connect with me personally, which was a nice plus.
