TD Bank is completely horrible. Avoid them if u which to have a stress free banking experience. 25 days and counting to get a replacement credit card. Each service rep tells me a different update. All the updates I've gotten contradicts the other. Branch reps similar to customers have to wait on hold for long periods of time to speak to a live person.
Initially while starting the relationship as a new customer they gave good services and experience. As you get older with relationship, poor services and inconvenience getting faced. I had major issues in my CD Renewals where Rates don't get reflect for 1.5 weeks+ and when you ask Branch, they direct to call Back Office. Why Cant the System Fix on its own, why as a Customer we need to worried about these hassel waiting hours on call in order to reach a Backoffice Rep. Excellent service for Td Bank 🏦 ATM also available convenience to withdraw and deposit also easy.
lately it seems like there isn't enough help, the last 2 times I visited this bank I had to wait close to 20 minutes just to make a deposit, I am seriously considering changing banks.
