Leandro Ortega took care of me and was incredibly attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly and that all of my needs were met. Worst bank I’ve ever had! Deposit a check, and have to wait 6 business days! This is 2026. Don’t be stupid like I was and open anything with this bank.
The most inconvenient bank! Stop into this branch to get a new debit card. Had to order it, no problem. 2 weeks later my card is blocked and no card. They didn't have any record of me ordering the card either. Very inconvenient.
