Zero stars EXTREMELY RUDE RACIST AND UNHELPFUL REFUSED SERVICE BECAUSE I HAD A MISSOURI ID THEY ARE TRASH STAFF WHO ARE NOT WELL EDUCATED DONT EVEN KNOW THEY'RE OWN POLICY
TD Bank is completely horrible. Avoid them if u which to have a stress free banking experience. 25 days and counting to get a replacement credit card. Each service rep tells me a different update. All the updates I've gotten contradicts the other. Branch reps similar to customers have to wait on hold for long periods of time to speak to a live person.
Initially while starting the relationship as a new customer they gave good services and experience. As you get older with relationship, poor services and inconvenience getting faced. I had major issues in my CD Renewals where Rates don't get reflect for 1.5 weeks+ and when you ask Branch, they direct to call Back Office. Why Cant the System Fix on its own, why as a Customer we need to worried about these hassel waiting hours on call in order to reach a Backoffice Rep. Also No Call from Branch when CDs get Mature, only a Lett... read more
