Marilyn is such an amazing person to work with. She was so friendly. I have not had a “real bank” in a long time and I was nervous for the process of doing everything but she truly was so nice to me. She even followed up by phone to make sure my experience was great (which it was of course) and she gave me a lil gift bag when I opened my account and it had cute lil household products in it! She is so sweet. I love this bank. I’ll never leave thanks to Marilyn see u soon
Worst customer service, closed out all my accounts due to how rude the tellers are. No one there seems to know what they are doing.
Went with my son to open the new account with the $300 promotion with direct deposit that was advertised on TV. 2 rude ladies including the manager convinced us not to open an account saying it was a promotion by mail only!! I was a TD Bank customer all my life and a former banker and never saw a bank tell a customer they won't open an account before knowing their names.
