The drive up ATM is broken. It stops working in the middle of transactions, if your card gets stuck or if the screen freezes with your information on it you just have to wait to it to work. The tellers say that they don’t maintain it and don’t have access to the ATM to help out if anything happens. They also said they fixed it two times but it’s still broken, maybe put an out of order sign up or just shut the whole thing down?
Bank tellers are great I just came to say don’t bank with td they pay you on your actual pay day not two days before and this something I’ve never experienced with direct deposit and it isn’t my jobs payroll fault since I’ve switched to this bank all my coworkers get paid before me I’ve talked to customers service and they’ve said nothing to help with this situation I will be switching banks
The location is convenient and the staff is exceptional. So helpful.
