Very good customer give this branch 10 🌟. Feel very very welcome as soon as you come in door someone is approaching you immediately whether they are busy or not. This was greatly appreciated and work very good to have not you waiting long at all. This branch will be my go to bank. I will never visit Beatties Ford Road until they replace 😤 manager. I have never been so stressed in my life not even just with this location but with the whole company. I was on the phone non-stop trying to get my funds released all to get denied by the end of the day. I can’t even deposit a check without a 6 business day hold. I don’t like the company at all full of ppl who don’t care. Big mistake.

Despite my explanation that I am moving to the area and my Georgia driver's license, the staff refused to open an account for me because I am not yet registered in North Carolina.
