Avoid TD Bank period!
Came in let them know what the issue was and seemed like I was bothering them. Horrible customer service. Instead of just asking for an ID the banker just kept saying ai don't know why it sent you in. I wouldn't know why either, that's the point of me coming in lol. Just crazy what just happened.
Stopped in today for a maintenance item, the people were super friendly and the store was excellent.
Jason was great but otherwise poor service.
Was looking for an SBA loan and Shawn definitely made it happen. Highly recommend using this gentleman and branch. Will do all my banking here from now on.
