JUST READ THIS Branch is CLOSING. Good riddance! Useless branch. Very bad people. The woman who is kind of in charge here is a racist. Has a total disdain for white people. I’ve only received disregard and arrogant treatment from her, both times I’ve been into this branch. I have never had a good experience here. I love this location my best tellers are here extremely friendly and very professional. Also with a smile and very helpful. Shout out to Theresa Isaac.
Tellers of this location are not competent enough to make simple international wire transfers. And the manager is not competent enough to solve the issue or ensure you that it is gonna be ok. The bad attitude is only within their service. A month ago, I came and provided the correct bank details for the wire transfer (simple af). The bank teller D. made the transfer and he misplaced the account number of the beneficiary with the account number of the bank. So the money is somewhere but not in the right place.
