This is the worst bank with unprofessional employees. They don’t know anything and won’t help me. I simply asked about credit card balance letter.
I wanted to write this review because the service I received was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the branch, I felt welcomed and confident that I could trust this branch with my banking needs while I am travelling and searching for a retirement home. The branch was very clean, everyone was smiling, and the overall atmosphere was positive and professional. Friendly service staff.
Do Not Go Here, they make up new rules and requirements - that do not exist anywhere else. They dress professional but absolutely do not perform as professionals. Walking in there is a sacrifice of customer service and guaranteed success. First Horizon I do recommend. Leaving TD Bank, First Horizon had no issues and also informed me of TD bad banking practices further cementing my beliefs that TD Bank is not welcome in NC.
