Impossible to run any type of quick errand at this location. It’s always a 15-30 minute wait for a teller even when some one is available but they’re “not taking customers”…..
I had such a wonderful experience at this bank! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. You can really feel that all their efforts are focused on helping customers and making sure everything goes smoothly. Based on my experiences, this is not a well run bank. I opened a home equity line of credit and was given incorrect information about the checking account requirements. Then when I was charged a fee, I was given incorrect information again. Recently I initiated a wire and several hours later, I called the branch because it did not reach the receiving bank only to learn that the manager did not approve it yet. Wires should be approved at the branch level while the customer is in the branch.
