Buyer beware! They tell you the account is free, then disregard telling you that there are paper fees ...so your minimum balance gets charged and charged. When you want to opt out of paper fees, they have no way to do banking unless you put it on your phone. Um... there is so much fraud, stolen info, so now I have to put that on my phone.. This way, they can keep charging or be bullied onto putting banking on a device! They charge $3.00 per paper statement!
This is the worst run branch I've ever seen. I go in to deposit my insurance check and the guy says "we can't because of a charge off" (one I paid 2 years ago to reopen my account). I had to sit on hold for 1 hour with customer service just to be told they, their manager and recovery department have no idea what they were looking at because it shows paid off. Total joke of a location. TD Bank needs to shut this branch down, fire everyone and start over.
Entire staff is completely incompetent. Tried to pay off credit card and no one knew how to do the transaction. I’m just in awe of how this bank is even in business. These people need more training or fired. This was such a crazy experience. Drove 30 minutes and 30 minutes back and nothing accomplished!
Worst financial Institution I've ever been involved with other than wells Fargo!!! Poor customer service, ATM machines are never in working order , I've received torn money from their ATM, SEGREGATED , managers never return phone calls and certain locations pack up and leave in south Carolina without prior notice to the public!!!! In the process of moving my business to another bank !!! DO NOT BANK AT TD FINANCIAL INSTITUTION!! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO!!!! ( B.DELANEY , DARYL FAIR ).
Unfortunately the option of “zero” stars it’s not available on reviews. I’ve never been so disrespected by mans like I was today at this location. I tried to cash a check and I was told they couldn’t cash it because was too much money for me to care around, even after having the check verified by phone call. I cashed large amounts at Td bank in different locations and never had any problems. I guess was too sad to a bunch of sexists and xenophobic guys to actually see a business woman in action.
