Working staff literally needed to ask supervisor to be present during the identification and dont know that passports from different countries also exist. We provided 5 different identifications and in response they’re asking for a document that never existed ever.

Never open bank account in this branch. Support team doesn’t know how to open and give wrong promise.They hold my money for long and at end I closed. My account.When asked to talk with manager they said manager is not available to speak.

Very disappointed with my experience at this TD Bank branch. Before completing a wire transfer, I specifically asked the teller about the wire fee. I was told the fee would be charged and then reimbursed. Based on that information, I proceeded with the wire from my savings account. After the transaction, I was informed that the fee would not be reimbursed and that the teller denied making that statement. This is the worst bank with unprofessional employees. They don’t know anything and won’t help me. I simply asked about credit card balance letter.

I wanted to write this review because the service I received was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the branch, I felt welcomed and confident that I could trust this branch with my banking needs while I am travelling and searching for a retirement home.
