I had a very disappointing experience at this branch today. I used their ATM, paid the service fee, and received cash in very large bills that most places won’t accept. When I went inside—no customers in the lobby—three or four tellers and a manager refused to exchange the bills. They told me they “don’t make change unless you’re a customer,” even though I had just paid their bank for ATM service. The definition of being customer is paying a fee for service or goods. I stopped into the branch today expecting to make a quick deposit, but I left smiling. My teller Angelica Medina was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. She even found a better account option for me and took the time to explain everything. Her positive attitude made my whole day. I would prefer not to give any stars, but to write this review, I am forced to start with one. I had a business account with TD Bank for a few years, though I hadn't been using it lately. I needed to deposit $5k into the account, and they placed a six-day hold on my check. I called customer support, and they said it would be released within two hours. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I never feel like they're half heartedly reciting the same script they tell all their clients. Everyone seems happy to be there. I don't think I've ever had to wait in line.
