I would prefer not to give any stars, but to write this review, I am forced to start with one. I had a business account with TD Bank for a few years, though I hadn't been using it lately. I needed to deposit $5k into the account, and they placed a six-day hold on my check. I called customer support, and they said it would be released within two hours. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I never feel like they're half heartedly reciting the same script they tell all their clients. Everyone seems happy to be there. I don't think I've ever had to wait in line.
Angelica was extremely kind and helpful. We came in pretty late on a Saturday and she went out of her way to make sure we could get what we needed done. Extremely professional, she deserves to be recognized!
Been banking with td for 10 years, everything i came to this location to pull out my disability check. I get treated like I'm committing fraud
