Closing a store and failure to notify your clients is poor business practice at best. Went to go to my bank and they are literally gone. I am not traveling 20 minutes to the next one so I will be arranging closure of my account, after having one for 10 years. I will be finding a different bank. That is people's money you're playing with. Some sort of notification would have been great! Or maybe get rid of the fees to use an ATM since you're no longer around here! Terribly unprofessional. Good bye after ten years!

Nice enough people but shame on the bank for charging $10 to cash a check drawn off this bank... robbery.
My wife went in earlier to cash a check for me, a TD check, and met with uncalled for rudeness and hostility from the older lady working at the counter. We were told they could not cash the check even though it was a TD check. I had signed it over to her, the correct way, pay to the order of, with my name above it in her signature below it they should have honored the check but instead refused to cash it.
