Absolutely amazing experience at the Lutz, FL TD Bank location. We are new to the area and stopped by this location to gauge the feel of the branch and people. Hooked immediately by their friendliness, the impressed by their knowledge and execution. Big fan of Jabari and Needra along with the other teammates in the branch that made opening a series of accounts a pleasure. Highly recommend you bank with TD in Lutz on Dale Mabry!!!!
Horrible customer service. Went in with problems and came out with problems. They can’t help, only do what the computer tells them. Had issues with Apple Pay/Debit Cards and told to call the customer service line. I thought you were customer service?
The staff at The Lutz, Tampa location is top tier! I was at this location back in February to open an account for the first time and felt like family the moment I walked through the door! I drove 30 minutes just to do business at this location and once again, another blow away experience!
