Paul is the best -- Extremely patient and helpful.
The very opposite of a convenient bank can pretty much sum up my experience so far with TD bank. Not just in this branch but other branches as well. You can neither make an appointment nor call them, and yet to see someone other than a teller, they tell you to make appointment. It’s as if they’ve designed the customer experience such that customers can never reach them or won’t want to deal with such bad service. Wish I could give negative stars.
Worst bank ever. Staff are unprofessional and discriminatory. Has a pickup truck and SUV (that says for sale) taking up customer parking.
Long waits to see someone for financial services. Don’t come here on the weekends or late Fridays. They only ever have one person, if anyone at all, working. The front desk/ tellers usually are manned with more than one person but not ti see the employees for anything that isn’t a simple deposit or withdrawal.
Today I received an urgent call from my bank regarding one of the business accounts I keep there. I went to the Maspeth branch because it’s close to my home. After just a few minutes I was greeted by Mr Paul Kim, a young man who was dressed very professionally and clean cut like I like my bankers to look. His wide smile and attitude was a good sign .
