They didn't want to give out the money because the license had expired, although three documents were provided that still had a valid date. None of the other banks had such problems.

Yesterday, I had a great experience at this TD Bank. The teller, Annie Luna, welcomed me as soon I entered the facility. She took time with me and addressed each of my questions and concerns with professionalism. Annie was warm, helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you, Annie, for excellent customer service!!
I don’t know why anyone would bank at this place if you don’t have an account there they treat you very poorly. Tried to cash a check written to me from someone banking there. At first they told me they didn’t have cash there then said they did but needed to verify the check with customer. Then once the verified it they said they didn’t cash checks on weekends. I’ve had a TD ameritrade account for 15 years now. I definitely transferring it to robinhood.
