Td bank in general is very convenient and good overall. Not this branch tho! The worst experience! The tellers feel like they entitled to come up with their own rules, that no other td branch has! We can't deposit money to our account. Small amount and didn't ask for the receipt. No reason had been given. Filed a complaint with hr and hopefully manager gets demoted or fired!

They didn't want to give out the money because the license had expired, although three documents were provided that still had a valid date. None of the other banks had such problems.

Every time we go to the Indian land location, we always end up seeing Annie Luna she is very thorough to her clients, particularly us She knows her job well she explained where everything is located on the app so now I know where my balances are located we are very happy to have a very knowledgeable worker to work with we appreciate Annie Luna Work ethic that she does for us. Yesterday, I had a great experience at this TD Bank. The teller, Annie Luna, welcomed me as soon I entered the facility. She took time with me and addressed each of my questions and concerns with professionalism. Annie was warm, helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you, Annie, for excellent customer service!!
