I had a concerning experience at this TD branch involving Store Supervisor Arianne (ID #2525445). During my visit, I was repeatedly interrupted, provided inconsistent and contradictory information about my account, and observed unprofessional conduct while my financial details were discussed during a phone call. If you ever find yourself needing to go inside this location, don’t. The customer service is atrocious — they are wildly condescending and unhelpful. No professionalism to speak of. It’s shocking to receive such poor treatment when you have been giving them your money to invest with for the last 10 years. Find a different branch or a new bank altogether. Google TD bank scandal, it will explain a lot.
