Bank with this bank at this location for decades until recently when I encountered the following issues: 1. Apparently bank rules vary from one location to next according to lead team supervisor at headquarters. 2. Local branch manager has an attitude, insults and stop teller from completing tranactions. Even walked in to her standing across room talking to teller about me. Friendliest TD bank staff.
U come in u got one cashier on the counter and 3 to 4 more people standing around socializing laughing and chatting it up. They are usually very rude and nasty..... in short don't go there unless u have alot of time and alot of patience ridiculous just ridiculous WHATEVER happened to customer service these people just here to get a pay check they don't care about their customers at all.
