Very poor poor service. I drove 2 hours since it was the closest td bank but turns out I forgot my wallet so I wanted to give her my name and email so she could pull up my info and she said she couldn't do that, she needed one form of id. Ok so I actually had my passport. Oh turns out you have to have 2 pieces of id. She just didn't want to help, that was all.
Everyone is nice and polite. But I went to the branch to deposit a check from an insurance claim (my daughter passed away), I had the paperwork attached to the check still exactly how they mailed it to me. I was asking about different products the bank may have or any help with savings. The teller stated “yea we have all of that, but let me make sure I can deposit this.” Even after she checked with her manager she never talked to me about the bank products TD has to offer.
