I am barely making it out of the parking lot to write a review on the disgustingly poor service my mom and I have received from the manager Cassandra. Not only was she abrupt and rude, trying to carry the professional nice-nasty attitude till the end of interaction, but she was purposely unhelpful. On a document my mom had to find her account number for, I had to make the suggestion that she pull it up for her to make it easier on a 60+ woman trying to find something digitally.
