Beyond slow
Rita Williams was amazing and totally brightened my day! She was a huge help and made my kids so happy with the gifts. I'll definitely be back to this branch.
If you need help, this is not the location to go to. I opened a small business account online but never received my card. I went to this location to get issued a card. The lady in the office to right, Rita “assisted” me but claim she could not do anything to help me. She gave me no solution at all. I called customer service and they stated the branch could reissue me a card and to go to another location so I did. I was able to get reissued a card and set up online banking. This is not a reflection on this branch but as TD bank as a whole. I have a credit card through them. In September of 2024, they double billed me and said it was their fault but couldn't fix the issue. They say they are still working on it. In the meantime, there are late payments every month that they assure are being erased as they come. It is now December of 2024, and my paper statements show there are still $120 in late fees, and my minimum payment has been raised on an interest-free card.
