Poor customer service, go elsewhere
The Asian manager in there is a sorry excuse for a manager. Walked in there, and she immediately went from sitting down, to removing herself fron presence. Didn't greet me, no warm welcome, nothing that said that as a manager she appreciated any td guests business. I have had pleasant experiences with every other branch location except this one. She is a horrible example of a TD bank manager. Guess having 2 other black employees in there is supposed to be her pass to say she's not racist regardless how other guests are made ... read more
Love this bank
I am new to this branch of TD. I see that there are some bad reviews but the few times that I have been in this branch I was helped by both Nasim and Theo. They were both professional and provided me with great customer service.
My money was stolen out if my account I have 5 cards two never received things payed for from places I have never been dinner is the worst I weigh 100 pounds and Va not eat solid food also charged I am missing 5500 dollars from my account I have o balance on all these cards this occurred from nov1 thru 26 I have asked for escuses my Christmas and my boys Christmas was the worse THANKYOU TO TD BANK NOW I HIRED A ATTORNEY AND DETECTIVE AND I WONT STOP UNTIL MY MONEY IS RETURNED TO ME.
