Love this bank
I am new to this branch of TD. I see that there are some bad reviews but the few times that I have been in this branch I was helped by both Nasim and Theo. They were both professional and provided me with great customer service.
My money was stolen out if my account I have 5 cards two never received things payed for from places I have never been dinner is the worst I weigh 100 pounds and Va not eat solid food also charged I am missing 5500 dollars from my account I have o balance on all these cards this occurred from nov1 thru 26 I have asked for escuses my Christmas and my boys Christmas was the worse THANKYOU TO TD BANK NOW I HIRED A ATTORNEY AND DETECTIVE AND I WONT STOP UNTIL MY MONEY IS RETURNED TO ME. Worst service! I wanted to open an account and the cashier didn't even check if it was possible and told me to make an appointment because they would close in 40 minutes.
Used their drive thru ATM over a week ago. Deposited $200 and machine spit a receipt out saying I only deposited .01 cents which isn’t even possible?! Since it was after hours I had to contact TD bank and open a claim that could take up to 90 days while I wait for a credit that still hasn’t came. This is disappointing as this is my usual go to TD Bank. Most likely won’t be back.
