DO NOT BANK HERE - The level of incompetence: staff here did not fund the CD I opened and when I realized I travelled there all the way from Canada 2 months had passed. I lost a lot of money and the staff instead of helping me started to gaslight and manipulate. They were yelling at me and when I was explaining they claimed I was the one yelling - blaming me, no apologies, made me feel like I have no right to be upset and hung up the phone when I said I wanted to put in a complaint and seek damages.

The people working in this bank are just wonderful! They offer complimentary notary services which helped me out greatly as a Canadian vacationing in Florida. I love doing my banking business at this branch.

I waited for more than 25 minutes on the line for the blonde woman who works there to tell me that they don’t work with 100 dollar bills, it’s a lie because I’ve obtained 100 dollar bills before, when I asked where the next bank was and she told me where it’s very far from where I am to go there. The truth of very little help. Very selfish and bad attention

Tried to get a large sum of 100s and I guess they were low. Asked if they could just give me what they had and Jasmine was very rude and obnoxious, raising her voice to me to explain they needed enough for everyone (your branch should be prepared). It's not like I was belligerent when I asked for more and I really didn't appreciate her attitude
