The only good thing about this bank is the ATM. The service inside the bank is useless and unprofessional!! I went for a simple Debit card exchange which I have done that numerous times at other TD bank locations. Elizabeth needed to text my cell for verification. There were 2 other numbers from 10 years ago and my current cell number. Instead of asking me what cell is current, she texted a random number that is 10 years old. This bank does not offer customer service. They could have assisted me but they chose not too.
I have been dealing with TD Bank for 15 years. Mostly in NJ. I am a loyal person and do like TD Bank. But, I walk into Crystal River branch and there are only 2 employees. Only one teller and one office person. What happened to all of the employees?
Went to my TD bank in Crystal River had $8.00 in quarters the teller would not take them she said had to be rolled . Should I say more that's not customer service the little things help the most sometimes.
