This branch is horrible! Their atm ate my card (no biggie things happen) I go inside and Elizabeth immediately says it's my fault and I left it in the atm for to long and I should get a credit card to protect my bank card blah blah blah. I declined and told her I just need a replacement debit card. Then came the phone number debacle! The manager Mr Rodriguez was terrible. Canceled the debt card I came into replace, tried selling me on credit cards the whole time while trashing the credit card companies I did have, was on his phone the whole time after I declined his credit, and lied said he couldn't get me my original debt card back. Horrible customer service and complete incompetence from leadership at this store.
The only good thing about this bank is the ATM. The service inside the bank is useless and unprofessional!! I went for a simple Debit card exchange which I have done that numerous times at other TD bank locations. Elizabeth needed to text my cell for verification. There were 2 other numbers from 10 years ago and my current cell number. Instead of asking me what cell is current, she texted a random number that is 10 years old.
