The tellers at TD bank have always been great. This branch is closing Jan 29th and no more local branch only Ocala or Spring Hill. There are a lot of retirees and seniors who can't drive that far for all their banking needs . I had been in that same building Citrus Bank and Mercantile Bank about 28 years. No new place moving in so I pulled moms and mine out and went elsewhere. You are not a people bank when you did that. You lost thousands from this county. Your loss and other banks gain. So pissed at TD.

This branch is horrible! Their atm ate my card (no biggie things happen) I go inside and Elizabeth immediately says it's my fault and I left it in the atm for to long and I should get a credit card to protect my bank card blah blah blah. I declined and told her I just need a replacement debit card. Then came the phone number debacle! God forbid you've changed your number or changed the name on you phone bill after you've started the account for 8+ yrs ago.
