Warminster has the best TD bank branch in pennsylvania. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.
I only gave 4 stars because I typically have issues at this bank, however today I had a great experience with Anna. She was super helpful, professional and friendly.
Regarding CD's, there is very little that you can do over the phone and nothing can be done in the branch until you are in the grace period. Not very convenient.
Banks were closed for a federal holiday yesterday Friday 6/19. I came to the branch today before 12:30 and there is one platform person and two tellers, a long line of customers in the teller line, and the same customer with the platform employee since I arrived. You would think staffing would be adjusted today since this branch was closed yesterday and Fridays tend to be busy in banks. 🙄
Josephine provided outstanding service! She was incredibly swift and efficient, going above and beyond to look into historical records for me. She successfully found and printed a prior check from a closed account. Amazing customer service!
