Great service, excellent management & very convenient
Opened an account online, using my Canadian profile, came to the branch at Lake Nona to get a replacement debit card. They refused to issue a new debit card(because TD USA SMS system wouldn't send text messages to my Canadian cell phone, go figure). Instead sent it to my mailing address. Ok, fine. Waited for a week, received a card - cannot activate my online profile. Called 1-800, they cannot help, because again, cannot send text messages to my Canadian cell phone. Worst Bank Franchise I’ve dealt with. Also why does Narcoossee location can’t, couldn’t, wouldn’t close my account over drive thru when Osceola location and SR 436 did it with out giving me a hard time… and NO, there wasn’t a “pending” transaction. All they needed to do was grab my ID and account number, signature and DONE. 15$ maintenance fee x3 every month, NOT ANYMORE!
