TD is not convenient. Other banks I’ve been able to setup a new account all online. This one made me come in, all while charging me fees before I could come in. At the location the lady was not very friendly and she was talking to her manager in Spanish about me, like in code, as if I didn’t know what they were saying about me. Very rude. I don’t recommend TD overall.
These people NEVER answer their phone.
Great service, excellent management & very convenient
Opened an account online, using my Canadian profile, came to the branch at Lake Nona to get a replacement debit card. They refused to issue a new debit card(because TD USA SMS system wouldn't send text messages to my Canadian cell phone, go figure). Instead sent it to my mailing address. Ok, fine. Waited for a week, received a card - cannot activate my online profile. Called 1-800, they cannot help, because again, cannot send text messages to my Canadian cell phone.
