Don’t do it. I recommend locals handle their hillbilly finance with another institution. I found out this morning that the bank has recently(as of September-2023) created a policy where non account holders have to give their ssn to make small deposits into a strangers account(like a bday gift). Financial organizations have no right to randomly request your social security number, free of an account relationship.
