After speaking with TD Bank over the phone multiple times, I was told that My government issued ID and Photo Employee ID would be enough to verify my account, apparently this branch and corporate have a different set of rules or corporate isn’t training it’s phone agents properly, the assistant manager at this location is pretty dismissive as well. Wasn’t able to verify my account so id probably recommend a bank where they understand their own policy.
Sana at Td Bank was wonderful. She stay after hours to help me print a debit card that I desperately needed for my business I highly recommend everyone over at the Norwood Branch!
Seriously, get your ATM door fixed. Trying to get it open to like pulling teeth, you end up temporarily locked inside.
