Aler!!!! TD bank customer service lied about the close I explicitly requested that my account be permanently closed; however, it remains active, and TD Bank continues to assess monthly maintenance fees on an account that had a zero balance.
The staff here was very helpful when other branches were… not so much!
This location wasted 6 weeks of my time with multiple back to back mistakes on their end and missing information needed for paperwork. Between the employees, there was a lack of communication & a lack of knowledge, yet the confidence to confirm misinformation to my face was 100% there. I took my business elsewhere & happy I did.
