This location wasted 6 weeks of my time with multiple back to back mistakes on their end and missing information needed for paperwork. Between the employees, there was a lack of communication & a lack of knowledge, yet the confidence to confirm misinformation to my face was 100% there. I took my business elsewhere & happy I did.

Went to this TD Bank on University Blvd for a simple transaction that required an Associate and sat alone in the waiting area listening to a customer trying to open a non-profit religious organization with no documentation for Tax-Exempt status, no physical address, possibly a made up website created on GoDaddy and a burner phone, claiming to be opening a church without any physical Florida business location or home address in Florida. Went to do a Zelle payment and my online account got completely locked out. Called them and they cannot do anything I have to wait so I don’t have access to my money that earned with my job. I have never had a bank do this before now they’re telling me I have to go to the branch to pull my money out if I need it instead of just unlocking my account when I’ve confirmed that there is no fraud. I work during bank hours at my own job so now I have to go there during my lunch. I recommend finding a different bank
