This is the worst bank in the world, if you lose your money or someone steals it they won't reimburse you at all, they're cheapskates and even tell you to do all the work to get your money back and they still don't give it back, any other bank is better than this one

This is the worst branch customer service I’ve ever received. I went there to close my account and the bank representative didn’t explain in good terms why she could not close my account, not even showed empathy or asked questions on why I wanted to close my account. She said phone specialists and bank representative work in a different way even though is the same bank, unbelievably. Go somewhere else if you want a good service as a customer.
