After being a customer for almost 15 years and living a state away from any location we drove to get a check printed for us how they've done for years(15). They explained they do not do that anymore.. I asked "why did I not recieve any notification about this" as I just drove from the Subaru dealer in Tennessee with a brand new car and put 200 miles on it on in a pouring storm to get there to be told they can't help me. I really like the Burnsville staff. I don't know all their names but Deidre helped get me started in Spruce Pine and Tuesday was a teller there and they're in Burnsville and this customer is glad! They're ALL friendly and I appreciate that.
