Like the folks there as this is a convenient location for Pine Hills residents. Good service and they are helpful in working out complex transactions.
This review is not for this specific location. It's for td bank in general. It's the worst bank I have ever experienced. I am constantly calling customer support. I cannot buy anything online. Without being a hassle and having to. Confirm the purchase and then having to buy it again. But. The purchase doesn't go through. Simple as. Buying groceries online and having them delivered to my home is a hassle.
The customer service at this branch seems to be declining. I went to the bank to make a transaction before work. Their google hours are as shown below. They now have two set of hours on their door. The ones that are reflected on google are very visible and is what I was expecting. When I arrived I had an angry bank associate motioning and mouthing that they were not open, and motioning towards a smaller different set of hours, starting at 9.
