My 73-year-old mother and her 83-year-old friend, both living off Social Security, were victims of an online scam and TD Bank has been absolutely disgraceful in handling it. Instead of helping elderly fraud victims recover their only source of income, they’ve treated my mother and her friend like they're the criminals. This branch is the worst td bank branch. The sales associates ( not the bank tellers) are so incompetent. I had to go back to fix the same error 4 times! One for my business acct and one for my personal acct. and they were not sorry or helpful at all. I called the 1800 # instead and got it fix immediately.
