This branch is the worst td bank branch. The sales associates ( not the bank tellers) are so incompetent. I had to go back to fix the same error 4 times! One for my business acct and one for my personal acct. and they were not sorry or helpful at all. I called the 1800 # instead and got it fix immediately.
Bad experience the whole time I’ve had an account open…
Joey Mastrocola was amazing to work with. He was both professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend seeing him when you go into the branch.
