It’s like the people at this bank don’t want to do their job. Every time I come in they find a new way to not help me. It honestly gets more creative every time. I will be closing my account soon due to this TD bank & the one on okeechobee and military. A complete waste of time at every visit. This is supposed to be the most “convenient” bank and all I’ve experienced are inconveniences. The people care more about looking cute than actually helping their customers.
You have bank card, you know the pin and that's all should work to deposit $100 check but NO !!!you still have to fill up the deposit slip, you sure it is 21st century at your bank counter? Disappointed after even the ATM won't take a check deposit cause who knows why, nothing convenient about this bank any more...just another Canadian joke.
