the whole bank just gives an off vibe whenever hispanics like me come in the bank .. the bank is full of white ladies there, we just got stared at and literally judged by their looks .. i didn’t feel welcomed at all , plus they didn’t provide the service my mom was looking for they even lied to her about her card making her look dumb ..
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the TD Bank drive-thru, where I felt discriminated against and treated with unnecessary rudeness by an employee named PHOEBE. Store manager Gisella provided outstanding service at this branch, showing great attention to detail and professionalism. Her dedication deserves a 5+-star rating.
