They are unethical and horrible! They told me I would be receiving a bonus by signing up and when I kept inquiring about it in writing, they failed to do that. They ignored my calls and then I finally reached out to customer service and learned that they lied. Don’t they have fiduciary responsibilities or a code of ethics that they follow I suppose not! I do not recommend this bank.
My husband and I have had a good experience each time we visit this branch. The staff there are helpful and take the time to give you the best service. We have the pleasure of dealing with Catiana who is incredibly helpful , professional & knowledgeable . Catiana makes us feel welcome and takes the time to explain with patience about the services. Real genuine person.
the whole bank just gives an off vibe whenever hispanics like me come in the bank .. the bank is full of white ladies there, we just got stared at and literally judged by their looks .. i didn’t feel welcomed at all , plus they didn’t provide the service my mom was looking for they even lied to her about her card making her look dumb ..
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the TD Bank drive-thru, where I felt discriminated against and treated with unnecessary rudeness by an employee named PHOEBE. This was only my second time visiting this location, as I am still waiting for my direct deposit to be set up. When I arrived, I waited patiently for a minute or two before Phoebe came to the window. Tricia the manager is just a horrible person and should be replaced. The worst customer service ever. Don't go to this Td bank avoid this location please
