Jenn Ortega provided top notch service. She is knowledgeable and a great active listener. She helped me resolve a complex problem with my account. Usually in such cases I have seen representatives ask customers to call helpdesk and resolve issues on their own, but Jenn did that by herself and ensured my issue gets resolved. Thanks Jenn!
Very rude racist ect I went in to open an account and before anything me being black they asked for my id and social before even setting me up with an appointment then told me I need to go back where I’m from!!!! Plenty of td banks in the tri state with better customer service at minimal!!!!!! Do not go here if you are of color!!!!! You will get the same experience!
