TD bank has terrible unhelpful policies and poor customer service. One of many reasons I have closed my account with them and moved elsewhere. This location is no different, as I visited yesterday with a family member and received what I expected (no help). In a world where you have a choice with where to bank, bank anywhere else.

This branch is the worst of any bank in the developed world! It offers terrible customer service, which significantly impacts the overall banking experience. There are hardly any customers, which should not be surprising since they are awful to deal with. Also, they deny loyal customers of several years the use of the restroom at this terrible location. I would not recommend it. Save your money at any other bank that values your business, and I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere with better service.
