Worst unprofessional, lack of care, untrained branch i have ever visited. Waited an hour two days in a row to cash insurance check. Manager doesn't bother to speak to clients rather type from her office. Try calling them and listening to the phone ring for hours. Called the hotline twice so they could inform employees on how to handle the situation. Save yourself the trouble and put your money under a matress.
This location is pitiful. The ATM machine is always down, it only let's you do certain transaction. They are under staff. One teller dealing with 20 customers, the drive thru takes 10min or more to get a teller to assist you. I hope this location improves their flaws.
The assistant manager made us wait in the lobby until a teller was free to inform us that they couldn’t give us a money order. She could’ve told us that and saved our time but either chose not to or doesn’t even know what services her business provides.
Storm closure
Every time I go to put money in the ATM especially being a bartender and getting cash everyday, the atm is always messed up and only allows for me to deposit checks. For it being a new bank, I always have issues here. After over 11 years with TD, I’m bout to put my money in another bank.
