Worse bank ever.
Gross incompetence, useless branch people and their managers. Calling their 1 800 numbers even WORSE. It is just passing you from one to another like a ping pong ball. And they don’t pay out the sign on bonuses automatically. you have to call text and call back and text some more. Awful
If you want to get treated like crap by somebody who acts like their clients are a nuisance for basic requests, go see the Indian manager, shes a real delight.
