This has nothing to do with the help from the direct branch. I am putting the review for all of TD bank. They are the hands down worst bank I have ever worked with again not the workers. They were great but just in the last 7 days my card has been locked multiple times just trying to eat food, can not pull cash out anywhere they limit everything they can on the account possible. Favorite Bank
I was vacationing in Florida and had a small emergency and ran into this bank. Oleg was great, he and his team helped me find a resolution to a problem with another bank, helped me to open a new account and it was all quick and easy! Great team! Great customer service, definitely recommend!
Absolute waste of time. Told them exactly what I was looking for in an account. Sat there while the lady one finger typed my information for 45 minutes to then be told none of the accounts meet the criteria I was looking for. I was very up front about what I wanted and was told “no problem” the waited all that time to be told the opposite. If you’re gonna waste your time here. Do your research online first and have your answers from the website, not from these people.
Oleg and the team are the best bankers I've ever dealt with. Super professional and called me back directly by person! Ignore these bad reviews.
