This bank will not change cash for quarters for people without an account. While it's not illegal, is highly inconsiderate of the community and so I would not consider opening an account. The folks inside were not kind to me. I see little benefit to doing business with this place. All I can say is you people are terrible and you made my bad day worse.

It is very clean and welcoming. А new building with a modern interior. The staff were courteous and friendly. Oleg, the Store Manager, was highly professional; he helped me to open an account and quickly resolved all issues regarding the mobile app. I also received advice on placing funds in a deposit account and information about other financial products. During a visit to the branch, my son received gifts from the bank.

More human my rear! They tell you one thing on the phone and then when Connie sees what you look like decides to enforce a contradicting policy, at her discretion. Was told that even though checks being deposited every month for the same amount i would have to call them to tell them something they can already see in my transactions so that they don’t put extra long holds due to “suspicious or unusual Check“ even though it’s from the same person every month for the same amount, it’s just another excuse for them to make a bunc... read more
