Worst bank ever. Why let me open an account online. I verify my identity with the FIRST account that I open ONLINE they make me come in. I go in. A month later open a savings account through the FIRST account they tell me I have to go into the branch again why is this not on file?? So inconvient the phone reps are all rude & ignorant. I dread even opening an account with this bank. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND
This bank will not change cash for quarters for people without an account. While it's not illegal, is highly inconsiderate of the community and so I would not consider opening an account. The folks inside were not kind to me. I see little benefit to doing business with this place. All I can say is you people are terrible and you made my bad day worse.
