I love this bank & am saddened that it's closing July 12th 2024. I will NOT be driving 2 hours to Florence SC. These folks in Lake City have been fantastic! I will miss them & pray for their future endeavors. Way to go TD, you just lost an 18 year customer.
They make their rules up as they go.
Td bank does not update information correctly customer service over the phone is very poor. They will tell u u have on line banking when it’s not true. Your card will lock up for no reason it’s just horrible
Poor customer service from head teller. I’ve been a customer since commerce. I opened account in another state she literally complained stating they don do business the same way. Took 30 minutes to give new debit card a few months ago. Went in I’m known by face was able to withdraw without issue with the expectance of 40 minute wait in line with upset customers. Where is Mr Kim he had great customer service I’m moving my money to across the street.
