I was disappointed when I attempted to cash my check at your bank due to my non-member status. I felt that this policy was discriminatory, particularly since I am Hispanic. This is not the first time I have encountered such an issue at your branch, as I have previously been able to cash checks at other branches without any problems. The manager provided me with unsatisfactory explanations for the denial of my request, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received at your branch.
i recently had issues a with my TD account. i went into this branch with hopes with an answer. it took a couple days to resolve everything, but a HUGE thanks to Leslie, Ana, & Elena (not sure if i spelled her name right) for their help from the beginning. every time i called they helped me as much as they could. Elena was on top of everything and informed me with updates when she had any. Elena helped resolved my issue😊
