I've had multiple interactions with Shante and Anita at this branch, and every time, they have solved my problems with care and priority. This branch treats customers with utmost respect and professionalism. For all my business banking needs, this is the TD Bank location I walk into
Early this morning i started to fill out an account opening for my small business with this bank. I ended up canceling my application because I was unsure if I was filling out the paperwork correctly and the website directed me to go to the nearest branch. This branch was approximately 1hr away from me , and I called previously to ensure I can come in. Once i arrived at this branch I asked to open a small business account. This bank has changed since it open, no costumer service had to wait 15 minutes for someone to say hi and they charge to cash a check if you don’t have an account with them. So sad this used to be a bank I recommend to friends and family.
I am very grateful to Miss Teresa Cortes for her attention in helping me resolve situations that have arisen with my checking account. She is doing an excellent job.
